Conflict Coaching
Are you facing a conflict that’s affecting your work, relationships, or wellbeing? Whether it’s tension with a colleague, a strained business partnership, or a family dispute, conflict coaching can help you find clarity and move forward with confidence.
I offer a free, no-obligation call to give you a chance to share what’s happening and get expert insight on how to manage the situation — without judgment or pressure.
What you can talk to me about:
- A difficult dynamic with a staff member or colleague
- A conflict with your employer (non-legal) that’s impacting your motivation or mental health
- Ongoing tensions with a co-founder or business partner
- Family or relationship issues that are emotionally charged and hard to resolve
- Preparing for a tough conversation or negotiation
- How to respond to conflict in multicultural, neurodiverse, or gender-diverse teams
- Feeling overwhelmed by workplace politics or team dynamics
- Expressing what you want, how you feel and what you need in an assertive manner.
Conflict coaching offers a confidential, supportive space to explore what’s really happening in your conflict — and what you can do about it. You’ll walk away with greater self-awareness, communication tools, and a clearer plan to move forward.
Conflict Coaching FAQ’s
What is conflict coaching?
Conflict coaching is a confidential, one-to-one process that helps you navigate personal or professional conflicts more effectively. Whether you’re dealing with a difficult colleague, an ongoing family dispute, or internal frustration, I work with you to build clarity, resilience, and communication skills to handle the situation constructively.
How do I know if conflict coaching is right for me?
If you’re struggling with a dispute that’s causing stress or uncertainty, or you want help preparing for a difficult conversation, conflict coaching can help. It’s particularly useful if you want support but aren’t ready or able to bring in the other person involved in the conflict.
What kinds of conflicts can you help with?
I support clients dealing with:
- Workplace tension
- Business partnership disagreements
- Co-founder or team conflict
- Family or relationship disputes
- Multicultural, neurodiverse, or gender-related dynamics
- Communication breakdowns that affect work or home life
Is this the same as therapy or counselling?
No — while coaching can be therapeutic, it’s not therapy. My approach is forward-focused and practical. We concentrate on understanding the conflict and identifying the tools and strategies to move forward, rather than exploring past trauma or mental health diagnoses.
Do you offer support to teams or organisations?
Yes. I work with SMEs, family businesses, and organisations across the UK — with a special focus on Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, and the East of England. I can offer conflict audits, stakeholder facilitation, and internal coaching for ongoing issues.
Will you provide legal advice during coaching sessions?
During conflict coaching sessions, I do not provide legal advice. Coaching is focused on helping you build skills, clarity, and strategies to manage and resolve conflict effectively. However, as a UK-qualified solicitor, I offer some legal-related services outside of coaching, such as contract review, debt collection advice, and payment optimisation. If you need formal legal advice or representation, I can help guide you to the right legal professionals.
How many sessions will I need?
Some clients find that one or two sessions give them what they need. Others work with me over several weeks or months for ongoing support. We’ll tailor the approach to what fits your goals and schedule.
Is it really free to book a consultation?
Yes. Your first 20-minute call is completely free and without obligation. It’s a chance for you to ask questions, tell me what’s going on, and decide if working together feels right.
