This toolkit is incredibly useful for anyone dealing with toxic or manipulative behaviours, especially in emotionally charged situations. What makes it so effective is its practical approach: the strategies provided are easy to understand and apply, and you can start seeing results right away.

I have started to apply some of the strategies, and I can already feel a difference in myself—and I’ve noticed that people respond to me in a different way. The techniques help you avoid unnecessary conflict, protect your emotional boundaries, and stay true to your values. It’s empowering to know how to disengage from harmful dynamics while maintaining your inner peace.

Another valuable aspect is the possibility to book a free initial coaching session. It’s a great opportunity to explore your specific situation with expert guidance and begin applying the tools with clarity and confidence.

This resource is not just theoretical—it gives you concrete tools to reflect, act, and protect yourself. Highly recommended for anyone looking to regain control and clarity in difficult interpersonal situations.

A good toolkit, full of great advice.

I’ve read loads of stuff on line about narcissists but this toolkit is actually really practical. I like the scripts I could actually say out loud without sounding robotic. I got this toolkit to help with my mum. We often end our conversations screaming at each other, she tries to control and distort what I do and say. It affects everyone else in the family but some of the tips and tricks in this pack really gave me some ways to switch off this response. There’s an exercise about recognising toxic behaviours -that really helped me understand what I’m dealing with!

Really helpful – my boss is unbearable !

Dealing with a narcissistic boss was draining. He’s a nightmare ! I just couldn’t handle his chaotic mood swings, constant criticism and taking credit for my ideas. I never knew how to respond without making things worse. The toolkit’s boundary-setting strategies gave me the confidence to push back calmly and professionally . It’s taking time to get used to changing how I respond to him but with practice, I think it will work.

Made me see things clearer. Thank you!!!

My partner twists every argument until I feel like I’m the problem. The toolkit helped me see the patterns and gave me words to stop the cycle. I’ve already tried some of the techniques in the toolkit and have to say, they are challenging but they have shown me I need to work on my boundaries. Worth getting to use the scripts, exercises and encouragement.
