A good toolkit, full of great advice.

I’ve read loads of stuff on line about narcissists but this toolkit is actually really practical. I like the scripts I could actually say out loud without sounding robotic. I got this toolkit to help with my mum. We often end our conversations screaming at each other, she tries to control and distort what I do and say. It affects everyone else in the family but some of the tips and tricks in this pack really gave me some ways to switch off this response. There’s an exercise about recognising toxic behaviours -that really helped me understand what I’m dealing with!

Really helpful – my boss is unbearable !

Dealing with a narcissistic boss was draining. He’s a nightmare ! I just couldn’t handle his chaotic mood swings, constant criticism and taking credit for my ideas. I never knew how to respond without making things worse. The toolkit’s boundary-setting strategies gave me the confidence to push back calmly and professionally .
